Freeman &lt;/em&gt;and &lt;em&gt;B. Golden&lt;/em&gt;.

This book may contain some unknown product for non-US people (like Cuisinart,Frito-Lay, Jello &amp;#8230;) but most of them are known worldwide.  You will discover for instance that the yoyo come from the Philippines, that the post-it was not first believed to be useful for 3M &amp;#8230;

 Je suis en pleine recherche d&amp;#8217;une &lt;strong&gt;solution basique&lt;/strong&gt; pour assurer la gestion de mes clients/ventes/contacts. En gros je recherche un petit outils open source qui correspond a un &lt;strong&gt;CRM/ERP&lt;/strong&gt;.  Je suis tombé ce matin sur un projet qui a l&amp;#8217;air français, Dolibarr : &lt;a title="Dolibarr ERP / CRM" href="http://www.dolibarr.fr" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.dolibarr.fr&lt;/a&gt; . Il me plait bien et a l&amp;#8217;air beaucoup plus simple qu&amp;#8217;un tueur comme &lt;strong&gt;VTiger&lt;/strong&gt; (&lt;a title="VTiger CRM" href="http://www.vtiger.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.vtiger.com&lt;/a&gt;). Mais avant de l&amp;#8217;installer  j&amp;#8217;ai voulu faire le tour des solutions existantes.</description></item></channel></rss>
